Shipping policy

Free on orders $100 + : First class shipping/priority shipping via USPS unless otherwise stated.

Sale Offers: Items with additional 25% off and above offers, will not qualify for free shipping.

Black Friday Sales: (November) Buyer is responsible for shipping fees.

Check and double check your address: If package is sent back, it'll be at buyer's expense to re-ship. If package is delivered to wrong location, it is the buyers responsibility to track down package.

Lost & Stolen Packages: Southern Lee Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered" and is deemed lost by buyer, a claim needs to be filed with the post office as well as "Route" or Shippo Insurance. For other issues, contact the local post office.

Route Shipping Insurance: We encourage and offer Route Insurance to insure ALL of our packages, including 1st Class Orders. Priority mail has a base insurance of up to $100 with USPS. Additional insurance is provided on ALL orders through Route if selected and purchased at checkout.
